These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the xsix6 platform. Please read every section carefully before registering an account or placing a wager. By accessing xsix6 you confirm acceptance of these terms in full.
This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and xsix6. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
Only adults aged 18 or older (or the higher minimum required by the operator or license jurisdiction) may register. One account per person; accurate information required at all times.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and xsix6 ("xsix6", "the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xsix6 website located at xsix6.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, promotional offers and customer support.

By accessing the xsix6 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules or policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.
These Terms are available in English and are the sole authoritative version. If any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
xsix6 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where changes are material, the Operator will endeavour to notify registered Users by reasonable means, but Users are responsible for reviewing the current Terms regularly.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the relevant license jurisdiction, to register an Account or use any part of the xsix6 platform. The Operator enforces strict age verification as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to have been opened by a person below the minimum age requirement will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.
It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using xsix6 is lawful in their country, province or territory. xsix6 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law access the platform entirely at their own risk.
In particular, users in Pakistan should be aware that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related regulations may restrict online gambling activities. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the xsix6 platform. Duplicate accounts, accounts held by members of the same household using the same payment method or device, and accounts created to circumvent a previous closure or self-exclusion are strictly prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and forfeit associated balances where abuse is identified.

When creating an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested by the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon review of Account activity. Acceptable documentation may include a valid national identity document (CNIC), passport, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Operator may result in Account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including username and password. xsix6 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify xsix6 support immediately via the email address listed in the Contact Us section of these Terms.
Accounts are denominated in PKR where supported, or in the currency selected at registration. Currency conversion fees may apply in certain circumstances. Users should verify the applicable currency settings in their Account prior to depositing.
Deposits may be made via the payment methods listed in the xsix6 cashier at the time of deposit. Payment method availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed. Methods that may be referenced as familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT) — are presented as contextual references only. None of these providers endorse, affiliate with or support xsix6 or any gambling service. Users must verify availability directly in the cashier before initiating a transaction.
The Operator reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation by the relevant payment processor.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and compliance with the withdrawal limits and procedures specified in the cashier. The Operator does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing speeds. Processing times vary by payment method, account verification status, compliance review requirements and applicable banking schedules.
xsix6 reserves the right to perform additional security and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks before releasing any withdrawal. Users may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for larger withdrawal amounts.
Minimum withdrawal amounts may be specified in the cashier per payment method. Users are advised to review current minimums before submitting a withdrawal request, as amounts below the specified minimum may be declined or held until sufficient funds accumulate.

All bets placed on the xsix6 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market or casino game. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing any wager. In cases of discrepancy, the Operator's rules and settlement decisions shall be final.
Cricket betting — including PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 Internationals, ODI series and Test matches — is subject to the sport-specific rules detailed in the betting rules section of the platform. Markets are offered on a best-efforts basis; the Operator reserves the right to suspend, void or settle markets in accordance with applicable rules where events are interrupted, postponed or cancelled. Settlement of cricket bets relating to PSL or ICC events is governed solely by xsix6's published cricket betting rules.
Live in-play markets are provided as a convenience. The Operator cannot guarantee continuous availability of live markets and accepts no liability for delayed odds feeds, connectivity interruptions or market suspensions during live events. Bets accepted at incorrect or palpably erroneous odds may be voided at the Operator's discretion.
All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables and instant games, are governed by the rules published within each individual game interface. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages displayed on the platform are illustrative unless confirmed by the software provider. Users acknowledge that gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and no outcome is guaranteed.
The Operator reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) a technical error or system fault has materially affected the transaction; (b) odds or outcomes were published in error; (c) the User has acted in bad faith, colluded or exploited a vulnerability; or (d) applicable rules require voidance. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake only.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. Bonus terms may include, but are not limited to: minimum deposit amounts (illustrative example: PKR 1,000), wagering/rollover requirements (illustrative example: 30× the bonus amount), maximum qualifying bet limits (illustrative example: PKR 500 per bet), eligible games or markets, bonus expiry periods and maximum cash-out limits.

Where a wagering requirement applies, the full wagering amount must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed from the Account balance derived from bonus activity. Wagering requirements apply to bonus amounts only unless stated otherwise. Different game types may contribute differently to wagering completion (game contribution rates). Sports and casino bets placed above the maximum qualifying bet limit during an active wagering period may result in the entire bonus being voided.
xsix6 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings and/or close an Account where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated exploitation of promotional terms, arbitrage betting with bonus funds, or multiple accounts used to claim the same offer. The determination of bonus abuse rests solely with the Operator.
The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already accepted by a User and for which wagering has commenced will be honoured subject to the terms in place at the time of acceptance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xsix6 platform. Breach of any prohibition below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:
Anti-Money Laundering: xsix6 operates in compliance with applicable AML obligations within the operator's license jurisdiction. The platform reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and to freeze funds pending investigation where required by applicable law.
All content on the xsix6 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, data feeds, design elements and the overall platform architecture — is owned by or licensed to xsix6 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants Users any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the Operator's prior written consent.
The xsix6 name, logo and all associated brand marks are the exclusive property of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by xsix6 is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
xsix6 collects only the personal data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with applicable AML/KYC obligations and improve the platform experience. Your personal data is never sold to third parties. Users residing in Pakistan should note that data may be processed by the Operator within its offshore license jurisdiction, and by accepting these Terms you consent to such processing where permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xsix6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to losses arising from betting outcomes, technical failures, system downtime, payment processing delays or data breaches caused by third parties.
xsix6 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform or any of its Services. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator shall not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, network outages, government action or force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms limits the Operator's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
xsix6 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at xsix6.cam/terms-conditions and will display the date of the most recent update. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Where changes are significant, the Operator will endeavour to provide notice to registered Users via the contact details associated with the Account, but such notice is not guaranteed.
Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease use of the platform immediately and contact support to request Account closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction, which is not Pakistan. This Agreement does not constitute a submission by xsix6 to the jurisdiction of any Pakistani court or regulatory authority.
Users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. xsix6 makes no representation that the Services are lawful for use in Pakistan. Users access the platform entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local law. This clause does not constitute legal advice.
Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting xsix6 support at the email address provided in the Contact Us section. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the User's verified withdrawal method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon Account closure.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) the User has breached these Terms; (b) the Operator suspects fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; (c) the User is located in a jurisdiction where the Services are prohibited; (d) KYC requirements have not been met; or (e) the Account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the Operator's dormant account policy.
Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, the Operator reserves the right to forfeit your Account balance in accordance with applicable rules. Where an Account is closed at the User's request, real-money funds will be returned subject to completion of KYC and standard withdrawal processing procedures.
